My work is useful, high quality and accessible. I want my media to give people the opportunity to share a sentiment through the postal service. Old fashioned snail mail has been a passion of mine since I was a young girl and it delights me to keep this art of communication alive. Getting a piece of personal mail among a pile of bills couldn't be more humanizing, more precious in these days of wasteful junk mail.
My printing is done entirely by hand, piece by piece and color by color; "hand pulled" as they say in screenprinting.
The 8 1/2 x 11 inserts are printed on high grade papers from Rives and Stonehenge because fine paper thrills me and matched with an accompanying envelopes made of smooth card stock.
